1,primary principle:
principle of fire separated layer of the tough high-powered flame-retardant fire separated cable is to add the metal hydrate composition in the material.its used material is integrated with flame-retardant,heat absorption and oxygen separating characteristic.cable with this material has the high flame-retardant performance and can improve its flame-retardant class effiectively.
2,flame-retardant principle:
fire separated layer of the tough high flame-retardant fire separated cable will release metal oxide and crystallized water at firing.the metal oxide will form to net shaped structure,it will sorbs the smoke and gas,meanwhile the crystallized water will not only visibly settle the smoke particles,but also has good thermal absorption effect.besides,it can form the carbonization structure after fired.the carbonization layer will make a excellent contribution to low smoke and flame-retardant performances of the cable.the heat absorption will delay the cable burning speed and rapid rising time.and as form of the carbonization structure it inhibit the supply of the oxygen and flow of the flammable gas,so it stops burning of the cable.
Storage:
it shall be stored in the dry and clean warehouse and the shelf life is 6 months after the manufacturing date.
